another think:
they can't tell you like boss telling employee and anything related job to do work best or worse they need conversation batter with employee not with family member
they feel complicated in relation employee, or they need to say something or they not getting upset when employee not doing right is all effect in relationship, so they avoid relative employee.

કાર ના એક્સિડન્ટ થયા પછી આજે કાર જોવાનું સ્કેજૂલ હતો.તેમાં અગાઉથી કાર માટેની આપવામાં લેવી પડે તેવું હતું. તમારી પાસે કાર હોય તો તમે.પૈસા ખર્ચીને જાઓ તો તમને રાય મલે.આજે.બે દિવસ પેલા નું બુક કરાયેલી.બીકલ તમને લઈ જાય.ત્યાં જવાનું પણ જોવામાં આવ્યું કે અગાઉથી જોયું નથી કે સાઉથ કરીનેમાં વરસાદ પડે છે કે નઈ તો વરસાદ પડ્યા કરેં. ધીમો પછી વધે પાછો પડે એટલે ત્યાંનો ડીલર કહે છે કે.અપોઈમેન્ટ લેવી પડે તમે?અપમાન વગર કેમ આવ્યા?તો તેના ફોન પર વાત થઇ હતી. જે મોડેથી તમને.તેના લીધે આજુબાજુનાના.લોકલ બીજા ડીલની તપાસ કરવા માટે.ચાલતા ગયા વરસાદમાં પલળીને ગયા.ઓસામા બીજા.વરસાદમાં રાખ્યો.પુટ ભી ના થા મોજા ભી ના થા ગ્રોસરી સ્ટોરમાં ગયો. પાછો આયો કે અમુક ના લોકો મળે નહી.એ લોકો પોતાની.હરાજીમાં ગયા હોય તો ત્યાં બીજી મલે નહીં. થોડા 71 ડીલર તાપ નામકના કૉન્ટેક્સ થયા નહીં. છેવટે જગ્યાએ અપાર્ટમેન્ટ 3:30 વાગે ફરીથી ફોન પર આપી છે. ત્યાં જઈને જોયું તો એની કારમાં દમ કોઈ નહિ સાફ સફાઈ નહી. એક.દરેક ઘરમાં જાતજાતના પ્રોબલમ હતા જેના લીધે તમે કરી શકો પણ એક બેકારની ક્લબમાં થોડો ઝટકા જેવો લાગે એટલે ટ્રાન્સલેશન ખરાબ હોઈ શકે. ટોયોટા હતી એના માઇલેજ વધારાતા પાની.ની પ્રાઇસ પણ 64 હતી જે ભાવ એટલે ત્યાં થી નીકળીને પાછો ઘરે આવી જવું પડ્યું. કોઈ ચોઇસ જ નથી તમારી પાસે.કોઈ ચોઇસ નથી.કે તમે કશું કરી શકો.
