I GOT ACCOUNT WITH SCOTTRADE FROM a LONG TIME SINCE 2008
I bought stock symbol "bpax" on 02-07-2012 price 1.02 bought 1000 stock ( Scottrade took out 1027) include fee
I sold 166 stock after few month or June 2012
I did not find other stock 834 in my account
also "siri" bought in past and not sold I cant find this 'siri' symbol in my account
also in 2012 symbol "vita' I bought I can find this stock list in Scottrade account
request to find out
in past i Have been reported to local office according to them i have to contact corporate office
i called corporate office they were blam to local office and employee told me i have to visit local office
local office taken my account information ,name and s.s.number
They were calll me i gota miss call
i never heard an thing personally
i received privacy and policy copy in mail
past Year i sended email at support@scottrade.com regarding same issue
money are missing in account
requesting to fix
